Birding Between the Rivers (Relaxed Pace)

Join storyteller and naturalist Brian “Fox” Ellis in this well-balanced blend of bird watching and history, culture and ecology in several locations situated between the great Illinois River and the mighty Mississippi River. The trip is based at the Twinflower Inn in Bishop Hill, Illinois, a pre-Civil War hospital turned bed and breakfast, known for its hearty farm-to-fork meals. This midweek, adventure during the peak of spring migration will feature a slower paced trip with less walking than the more active trip scheduled for May 12-14, 2020.
