2023 Spring Gathering & Field Trips

To register for Spring Gathering enter attendee information below. Select meal choices, event and field trip options. When finished, click on “Add to Cart” and another blank registration form will appear. You will need to repeat this for each person in your party. When you are ready to check out, click on “View Cart” to complete transaction. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase transaction by email. A $10 registration fee (per person) will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.

Field trips have maximum attendance and as they reach capacity they will be indicated as FIELD TRIPS FULL/Out of Stock. Registrants will be notified by the email provided of exact start times and meet-up locations prior to the Spring Gathering weekend.

Registration deadline: April 4.
Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations before April 4 will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after the April 4 registration deadline.
