The Illinois Audubon Society is seeking applications for the position of Director of Operations. This role is focused on the day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year operations of the organization, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strong administrative oversight across all functions.
The Director of Operations provides essential continuity for the Society’s work by implementing effective nonprofit business practices and supporting organizational systems. As a highly professional and experienced member of the team, this individual will work closely with the Executive Director, staff, and members of the Board of Directors to help advance the organization’s mission.
